Returns

We value your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all parts included.

Please note that custom orders or non-stock items, including certain performance parts and upgrades, cannot be returned.

 

To initiate the return process, please reach out to us with your order number, the reason for your return, and any supporting images if necessary. Returns are processed on a case-by-case basis, with the following conditions:

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Damage caused by the customer during handling or installation
  • Incorrect item received items that have been installed are not eligible for return
  • If your return is approved, only our return labels will be accepted for shipping

Key Return Details for Automotive Body Kits:

  • Shipping costs on all orders are non-refundable.
  • If a discount code was applied, the restocking or cancellation fee will be calculated based on the retail price, not the discounted amount.
  • Consider reselling the item if it's in new condition. Many of our automotive parts, including body kits and upgrades, retain their value and can be resold at a price close to your original purchase.

Order Cancellations: If a body kit order is canceled for any reason after 48 hours from the time the order was placed, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Returns After Shipment: Any body kit returned after shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee, which covers the shipping and labor costs.
